Bunq cards not visible in app

I try to acces my cards in my bunq app. After touching the button cards in the ME the bunq app closes itselves. I just removed the app from my phone and installed it again. However the problem is not solved. Also I cannot find the acces to the support in the app. I have installed the new version of the Bunq app some days ago. I wish I do not do the update. The previous version worked perfectly.

You can find that under the "Profile" tab > ⚡️ button > Support Center. As for why your app is crashing when you try to open the Cards overview, I unfortunately don't know.

Thanks Jakob. I found the support Center in the Profile tab. I already send them a message about an hour ago. It seems the support center is active until 23 hours but I still did not receive any reply back. I hope my problem will be solved before the weekend.

The support centre isn't loading for me so I can even ask for help. I also cannot view my account history, which is aggravating. Shall I de-install/re-install?
