I filed a Support question via the Android app (v14.1.1) yesterday and I noticed that I wasn't able to create another (private) Support question about a different subject which was more urgent for me.
#What I except
I expect to be able to raise more than one (private) Support questions at a time.
#Motivation
When there is an outstanding - not that urgent - question and a more urgent one is current. You first have to manually close the - not yet solved - outstanding ticket before the button appears to create a new ticket.
#Improvement
Expected response time for an raised Support question would be nice, although I know this is hard to do.
