Why is there no menu item for Barzahlen.de / money deposit anymore

Hallo..

Bin dem Video aus der Hilfe von Bubq gefolgt, aber seit dem tollen Update gibt es den Menüpunkt aus dem Video nicht mehr..
Stehe an der Penny Kasse und kann nicht einzahlen weil es keine entspreche Funktion gibt kann mir jemand helfen?
Würde gerne wie in FAQ beschrieben Geld einzahlen.

Hallo.. Wie heisst er denn? Hab alles 100x durchgesucht.. Bareinzahlen bei Penny, Real etc..
Ich brauch einen Code den die Kassenfrau dann einscannt..

Simon Ja ich weiß was du meinst ;-) Benutze ja selbst die Barein- und auszahlung im Supermarkt manchmal. Ich klicke einfach auf das entsprechende Konto > klicke dann auf ⚡-Schaltfläche > dort steht "Abhebung & Einzahlung" und dann kann man auch direkt einen Code generieren.

Is dit alleen voor Duitsland? Zegt mij helemal niks deze functie en knop. Waar wil je die voor gebruiken?

Robin It works in Germany, Austria and Italy. The partner that bunq uses is called "Barzahlen", you can find out more about them here: https://www.barzahlen.de/ Unfortunately nothing like this is available in The Netherlands right now, but if you live close to the border maybe you can come visit and try it out. It'll activate itself when you change countries, and it's a really handy feature if you need to withdraw or deposit some cash. Basically you get a barcode shown in the app that you can scan at the cashier of a supermarkt, drug store, or similar shop. You can either deposit money in your bunq account by handing cash to the cashier or withdraw money, then the cashier will give you cash from the till.

If I may ask I used Barzahlen in Austria before Xmas and really enjoyed it even though sales persons were not always familiar with it I did cope.

I am now in Greece and with quarantine probably for some months, apparently Barzahlen is available in Greece (one supermarket and not widespread I bet sales people not familiar either).... However while in Greece I do NOT get the ciel option to withdraw deposit money.

Any ideas how I could let bunq people enabling it in this country as apparently it is now available in Germany Austria Italy and Greece.

BTW I did try to trick the app i) with austrian IP (4G roaming EU like home gives home IP) ii) spoofing gps in developer mode iii) combo of the two... was not fooled!!!

Offering this also in Greece and Spain (and maybe Switzerland for bunqers on holiday?) now that Barzahlen is available there through their Viacash brand seems like a no-brainer. I'm sure bunq will soon expand their offering.
