Earlier today, some of you received an incorrectly performed refund of a card transaction. First of all - we would like to express our gratitude as many of you let us know about it, which allowed us to take actions immediately. bunq users are the best! 🙌🏻
We started working on the case right away and noticed that a file provided by Mastercard had not been processed properly. The team has resolved the issue within approximately 2h and starting from 23h30 all incorrect refunds were corrected.
For your convenience, we decided to remove the incorrect events from your overview. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused and would love to thank all those users once again for pointing out this flaw to us.
