[FIXED] Switch account does not work.

Zelfde hier! Kan ook niet meer aan me privé accounts. WTC! Dit is al het tweede keer sinds versie 3.. Ik was niet negatief over het hele V3 verhaal maar dit is echt een ramp hoe Bunq dit handlet..

I have this too, and it's problematic, more than inconvenient. I simply can't do any private payments now.

On top of it logging out doesn't work, as I have to do a hand scan that keeps failing (the error refers to other measures, but I have no other options in the process). So I'm locked out of my money for days now.

So far, few good experiences since signing up to Bunq last month, and manu, many bad.

Ik ben toevallig bezig met het testen van de toekomstige Flow app, waardoor ook een Bug is ontdekt als het gaat op Privé en Zakelijke accounts.

De 'Merge Accounts' van de laatste grote update lijkt voor veel problemen op diverse vlakken te zorgen. Ik denk dat hier met hoge prio naar gekeken moet worden, want dit is wel een game breaker als het gaat om de gebruikerservaring van Bunq voor velen.

Hetzelfde probleem hier... ik kom niet uit mijn zakelijke account (die ik eigenlijk wilde opheffen) en nu heb ik dus helemaal geen toegang tot rekeningen met geld.

Ik heb het wel voor elkaar gekregen om transacties uit te voeren via de Bunq Desktop app, in ieder geval eentje van mijn personal account naar mijn business account. Misschien dat dat voor nu wat oplost voor mensen.

Alex zelfde probleem hier. Ik vermoed dat de koppeling met directeuren hiermee te maken heeft (Ik gebruik geen merge voor zover ik weet)

Bunq op een apart device, enkel met privé profiel geconfigureerd, geeft me gelukkig wel toegang, maar de rare fratsen die je uit moet halen om bij je geld te kunnen zijn wel bizar en zorgwekkend.

Ik heb contact met support hierover maar heb niet de indruk dat ze het belangrijk of urgent vinden.

Bij missende accounts kan het volgende geprobeerd worden:
Houdt "Profiel" lang ingedrukt > "Meer opties" > Klik op de blauwe i achter persoonlijke profiel > Verwijder het account > log vervolgens weer opnieuw in met dit account, doe dit ook voor het zakelijke bunq account.

Bastiaan I tried this, it doesn't work with this specific bug. As soon as I have both my personal account and business account configured, I can no longer switch from business to personal. Not even from another business account, it always logs me into the first business account (for which the personal account is director)

This is an actual bug, Bunq should take these reports seriously and take immediate action.

For me this means that within 2 months I have been locked out of my personal account for 6 days (and counting) already.

Bastiaan Uiteindelijk was dat ook de “oplossing”.
Je moet alleen dan ook weer Apple Pay activeren.

iivvoo I think, at this moment, the only solution is to detach your accounts (personal and business).
Via Profile > Settings (tree dots) > "My Bank Accounts" > click on "Manage" (next to business account) > "Unlink account"

Btw, I've forwarded this issue to our contact at bunq.

NYPHI I have the exact same problem. Tried logging out and back in, deleting the app etc. nothing helps. I can only access my private account if I don’t log into my business account. As soon as I log into the business account I can’t switch back to private.
Additionally my business account keeps kicking me out everytime my business partner uses it, even though we chose different profile to access it, when setting up, we’re clearly still using the same one? Such a mess, we tried following the instructions from one of bunqs support members. Both Deleted the app both reinstalled and logged back in, in the suggested order and it didn’t help at all.

Bastiaan Hey Bastiaan, that doesn’t work either, because when I go to „my bank accounts“ I see the following:

„My name“
- blank (no Accounts shown)

„My Business“
- all Business accounts listed

So the only thing I can “manage” is the business account and when I do so there’s no detach option, instead it takes me to managing directors of the business account?!

Wat een drama v3. Eerst opeens niet meer kunnen betalen naar rekening waar dat voorheen wel ging. Betaling via rabo ging wel. Nu zijn de zakelijke accounts weg.....

Detaching the accounts like said in this topic didn't work. I had to completely remove the app and it's cache.

Van het weekend een screen record verzonden naar bunq.
bunq geeft na aan dat ze de bug hebben gevonden.
Met de volgende update zou het opgelost moeten zijn.🥳

I understand the issue was escalated and fixed with high priority. I can confirm that I can switch to my private account again.

Thanks for reporting this bug to us! Please note we have made a report to our Product team, and here are the steps they provided towards fixing it, for those of you who still have the issue ongoing:

Hold down the Profile button
Select “More Options”
Press on the ‘!’ next to your personal account
Press on “Forget this account”
Press on the big blue + in the corner
Log into your personal account again
