Pincodes weirdly shared between private/company memberships

I have three memberships with Bunq: a private ("P") one and two companies ("C1", "C2"). This issue is mostly about P and C1

Just now I setup the company membership C1 on a new phone by entering the associated email address, the pincode (let's say 1234) and confirming the email. At this point, 1234 was a valid pincode for this membership since else I wouldn't have received the email with confirmation link.

Then I went on to accept a direct debit request. It asked for my pin since biometrics hadn't been setup yet. i entered 1234 and it got rejected. I tried a couple more times and I even think I tried my P-membership pincode (let's say 9876, since I was already suspecting something). Nothing worked. So a pincode that was valid just seconds ago is no longer accepted.

It also wasn't accepted when switching profiles - essentially I got locked out of my account, again (third time in less than 2 months now)

I checked a different phone where I still had Bunq installed and it wouldn't accept 1234 there either. So I chose to reset the pincode (getting an email, a handscan, etc) and set it, again, to 1234 and verified I could login with 1234

Then I went back to the new phone and tried the 1234 pin but, again, it wouldn't accept it. But it did accept my P-account pincode 9876.

My pivate account P is forcibly "linked" to C1 since I'm director and I suspect Bunq is something weird with access checks and pincodes. I think this is possibly related to the login issues I've had in the past where I wasn't able to login in the past (twice now)

I want separate pincodes for separate memberships. I don't want pincodes to magically change. I know this isn't as important as counting trees, but can Bunq please get its act straight here? I don't feel like being locked out for a third time but came pretty close to it

For what it's worth, I'm also director for C2 but not through my P account - I'd prefer this, the total separation of accounts. I suspect it will also fix part of my notification counter madness, but for some reason this is not possible.

I tried this but it doesn't work for me. From membership "P", "Company Settings" takes me diectly to company "C1" (not the profile, just the name) with the option "Manage Directors". Clicking that will show me "Company Directors", showing my own profile that I cannot remove or unlink.

The reverse, removing the director from the "C1" profile also isn't possible. As far as I understand from support the link cannot be removed for some weird (internal or buggy) reason.

I just tried this again. It does provide the "remove" option, asks me to scan my hand (which always fails the first time but usually succeeds after a couple of tries) and then... nothing. No message, error, nothing. I understand this is because there has to be at least 1 director linked?
