Jorris Hoste One word, “zorgplicht”. I think if all banks implement this and bunq refuses because of privacy (should not be an issue, you don’t have to reveal the name when entering an iban, you just need to warn when the name on file does not match the name the customer has entered) and serious mispayments happen at bunq then I think the affected bunq customer has a pretty strong case to claim compensation from bunq due to the lack of “zorg”.
Come on @Ali, not everything has to be a breach of privacy (which is important) but protecting customers is also extremely important.
