Hi,
In the virtual card details menu we can see the Linked Sub-Account, Card Number and Details on Card.
Linked Sub-Account : OK
Card Number : Card name is incorrect, Card number is correct
Details on Card : Cardholder (name) incorrect, Valid through and CVC are correct.
In summary, all the important information is correct but the descriptive information is incorrect. I suspect that it is simply out of date and you're pointing to old data.
