Currently they are all named the same way and there is no way to discern them without opening them.
It would be great to be able to give tickets their own names. This would keep a better structure and overview over the tickets.
Especially because I am accumulating more and more tickets, as they get closed prematurely (before the issue has been resolved, see https://together.bunq.com/d/38926-keep-support-tickets-open-until-they-are-resolved).
