Emmanuel I would also recommend using an online card and freezing it when not needed, because that gives you real control. Your idea sounds good, but in reality it's not always possible for a bank to distinguish between online and POS transactions. Many online stores simulate card present transactions to achieve lower transactions fees, so blocking only online transactions would not give you the security benefits that you actually want to achieve.
All these features did exist at bunq some years ago btw, but were reworked to the current system to not give users a false sense of security. It also confused many users who blocked transactions accidentally, leading to many support requests, which is why a more robust system was introduced (namely the online cards).
