Lately I've experienced more 'stammering' Ideal payments. An example from today:
- In the PostNL app I purchase a (package) stamp. I use the Ideal checkout and choose bunq.
- The bunq app opens and I log in.
1 of the 2 things will happen now after login on my phone:
a) I just see my accounts, nothing 'Ideal'happening. Then I go back to the other app to checkout again.
b) Ideal payment can be approved and then nothing happens. I don't get returned to the previous app and stay in the bunq app.
- When b) happened I open manually the app where I did the ideal checkout from and this says that something went wrong with the payment.
What I expect:
This used to be better and normally you would return to the app you came from after approving successful the payment in the bunq app, the app would then tell you the payment was ok.
This is what I expect.
