Serhii For cash withdrawals at ATMs of German banks, all cards are equally usable. They should all accept both Mastercard and Maestro cards. I personally prefer the Mastercard Credit aka Travel Card.
You can also deposit and withdraw cash without a card using just your mobile phone at many supermarkets and drug stores in Germany with the Barzahlen integration. So mostly I just go to my next REWE or dm and I don‘t even use my cards for cash withdrawals 😄
