Why is the transfer from the bank ing coming only the next day and not immediately.

Because the transfer is processed as a regular SEPA transfer. ING and bunq are on separate instant payment systems and these systems don't communicate with each other. * As Tim explained, there is (currently) no way to send instant transfers between ING and bunq accounts. So yes, every time you send a transfer, it will not be instant, but it'll take a while.
