I am sorry this did not help. The steps should be Settings > Privacy > location services , then scroll down to bunq and make sure you have given bunq permission to your location. This workaround does not work with everyone, indeed. Hence, the bug issue is still being investigated, so we can come with a solution for everyone.
To ensure that the fix for this bug works correctly, thus also to prevent that we create new bugs while fixing this one, the developers will thoroughly test this scenario to ensure that everything works smoothly.
