The MasterCard should be accepted in Dubai it is activated in UAE but it’s not working on ATMs and in some shops. In transaction it says that the card is not activated in UAE ?!? Although it is!
Walter In the payment description of payments that succeed vs. payments that fail, does it have a different country code or something else that stands out?
Walter It's possible that the payment terminal is registered in a different country.
