I bought something from Amazon UK, but canceled the order because the product was out of stock. The money was deducted from my account (I payed using my bunq travelcard), but I didn't receive it back after canceling on January 6. I contacted Amazon and they claim they didn't deduct the money, but only placed a reservation on my travelcard. Because bunq creditcards act like debitcards, it looks like the reservation was deducted from my account.
Does anyone have experience with a similar situation? Will I receive the reservation back within a few days or do I have to contact Amazon? I contacted bunq support, but I only received a message that they'll look into it and recommended posting here on Together.
