When making a payment I still have to enter my security code after face id (working). Why is face id not enough. It's ever since the latest major update and I cannot find how to change this, so I guess it's mandatory. But very annoying.
Wim van de Laak Sounds like a problem with the Face ID authentication on your device. This happens to me sometimes with other apps, so far not yet with the bunq app. The only solution I have found is setting the app up again completely new again so that all settings related to Face ID reset.
