I really need some help and advice with a purchase I have made.
Back in November 2020 I made a purchase online for some merchandise from a company called B2S. As many of you will know, that's the company behind the larger Hardstyle events in the Netherlands. The order was for about €140 of clothing.
As of yet, my order has not arrived. While that is very disappointing I was hoping that B2S would help. I contacted B2S to ask for some assistance, but unfortunately never got a reply. Since then I have completed their online contact form at least twice, sent SIX emails, and one written letter to their head office. No reply to anything!
I did managed to reach someone on their Facebook chat, who ackowledges they had received my emails and would look into the situation, but never came back to me in the end. Annoyingly, if they had received my emails, why couldn't they be bothered to reply?
Sounds to me like the company is about to become insolvent.
I have tried so many times to resolve this with B2S but they choose not to reply. I don't think Bunq can help because this was paid for using iDeal. Mollie, the payment processor, passed my complaint to B2S, but are unable to help directly. Being located in the UK, and due to Brexit, I cannot use the European Online Dispute Resolution. For the same reason, I cannot file a cross border small claims.
As far as I can see, my options are limited to filing a claim against them in the Dutch courts.
Does anyone have any suggestions, help, guidance?
