Sorry to hear. But keep in mind, a bank is legally required to know who you are. But fortunately, bunq is the only bank that let you look around in the app without immediately have to identify yourself. So, that’s a big pro!
If you want to enjoy bunq to the fullest, then of course you have to identify yourself. Then you get a full fledged bank account in return ;)
