Virtual card disappeared right after registration, can't add new

Hi,
Virtual card disappeared right after registration, can't add a new one. Application is asking for a phone number, a PIN code and after entering - screen 'Explore to adore' appears, but buttons are not working. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. I don't understand what to do, please advice.

Thanks for your help, but I don't see anything new in (Profile > MENU > Get private support), just this topic. Also have tried via e-mail, but still no answer :( What could you suggest?
