When creating a new notification filter url for monetary accounts (on the php sdk) the response body is empty and a invalid notification filter has been made(do a get and see the corrupt response body). This is both on prod and triage/sandbox. This was working like a week or two ago but todo I continued development on this project and the endpoint doesn't work anymore.
