MAA Hi Zenful, not every "tile" or "button" on the Home tab / Profile tab is actually an account. So you're probably fine. If you want to speak with a bunq employee instead of posting on the community forum, you can contact Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. There you can open a support chat right inside the app.
You can also post screenshots here on the forums of course, but I would advise you to remove any personal or sensitive information from them before doing so, because the forums are public to everyone! :)
