De app van bunq is steeds trager met laden. Op twee verschillende android phones. Mijn vrouw heeft hetzelfde. Ook als we hem eerst uit multitask centrum verwijderen. Meer mensen hier last van. Is nu een week zo.

Mit iOS öffnet zwar die App gewohnt schnell, allerdings dauert es ca. 5 Sek. bis die Karten und das „Ausgaben“ Widget geladen ist.

Die Konten können direkt nach dem Laden der App geöffnet werden, aber Karten und Budget lässt sich erst nach dem Laden öffnen.

Ein Refresh der Hauptseite dauert auch extrem lange.

Yes it’s extremely slow. And it seems like it is getting worse.

It takes a long time for the overview to show your balance.
it takes even longer to display the cards

This makes it very frustrating if you want to complete a quick task.

On top of that, the app is so slow that after making a transaction the account balances displayed are still outdated balances.

This is even more annoying because it feels like I can never be sure to trust the displayed balance is up-to-date.

Also it makes it more frustrating because I have to go back to the overview page to pull to refresh and wait for a few seconds before I make a second transaction.

It would be great if Bunq can prioritize a blazing fast app.

Same here! App takes ±20 seconds to load (time between tapping the icon until the accounts + balances are shown).

Clicking a loyalty card widget on iOS results in about 8 seconds of loading time before you see the loyalty card. This is on 5GHz WiFi with a fiber connection. So definitely not a network issue.

To be completely honest, the Bunq app has been slow since ✨the amazing V3✨ (Notice the sarcasm) But it has been getter slower the last few weeks...

I just scanned a QR code to make an iDEAL payment.

After successfully paying I saw a new yellow '1 event' banner on my account overview. This might have been created while making my iDEAL payment and should be gone after successfully finishing it.

I had to pull down to refresh. It then took 4 seconds for the yellow banner to disappear and then a few more seconds to populate the account balances and number of cards.

It feels like I'm constantly looking at outdated status information and account data, that is even taken into consecutive screens if you do not refresh manually.

It would be amazing if you could simply trust any screen in the bunq app to always show you the most up-to-date and correct information at that very moment.

Also having long loading times when opening the app (₁₅-20 seconds). It's getting more problematic week by week as other people mentioned.
