Andrius If you find anything on your bank statement that you think isn't correct or shouldn't be there, try to ask the merchant about it. If the merchant isn't helpful or can't be reached, then please contact Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. They can take a look at your transactions and answer you any questions.
The events in the app can in some rare cases be confusing when it comes to certain refunds, so in doubt go with what is written on the statement.
