Does anyone understand this part of the mail:
"The first 3 cards remain included in your plan. Extra cards will be an additional €0.50/month, so the new price is €3.49/month."
The more I think about it, the more the utterly incoherent communication comes to light. So i have 6 cards, 4 of them being virtual cards.
Can anyone explain this logic from bunq?
Are all cards over the limit of three charged, or just the physical ones? Are they charged differently? It doens't make sense. Even if you multiply €0.50 by any integer you could only ever end up with €3.50 for the closest match.
I am a really confused customer. I read the comments and it bothers me because I just switched to bunq two years ago and it was so much work to change every contract... I hope I won't have to find a new bank account again 🤨
