For anyone wanting to join bunq as a prospective client, just be aware that after you sign up, they stop caring. You only get one emergency sos support per month (because apparently bunq thinks only one emergency is possible per month) and then after that, they don't bother answering your queries. I have an international payment stuck and it is bunq holding it up and I have been trying for 4 days now to reach support and nothing. Just constant huge waiting times. Even when the waiting time has passed, no answer. Quite frankly this is unacceptable. You should be able to trust your bank and it should be reliable. Does bunq plan on fixing this because if not, I don't know how I can continue using them
