Karl For accessing your account there is always https://bunq.app -- instead of logging in with QR code you can also login there via e-mail or SMS. So as long as you have some way to still access your e-mail, you can get to your account, check your balances, send payments, activate/freeze cards and have basic functionality.
Also you can contact support by sending an e-mail to support@bunq.com from the e-mail address registered to your bunq account in case you cannot use the app.
And last option would be to borrow a phone from someone else or rent a phone or something like this. Whether Android or Apple -- as long as you can install the bunq app and have some way to receive your e-mails on the device, you should be able to login, sort out anything with your account and open and respond to support tickets.
