Mirjam 3 cents was earlier pricing. You can always find the current prices by looking at the Pricing Sheet (that is also linked on the page linked by Dave). Right now the pricing is 4 cents/1k/day for the amount between 100k and 1kk, and then 6 cents/1k/day for the amount over 1kk.
As for Joint accounts, if you have an actual Joint account (not just giving someone access to your account via Connect), then as far as I know each person will be calculated with an equal share out of the total sum. Let's say we have three people A, B and C sharing a single Joint account that holds 270k in it. That would count as 90k for each person. If they don't hold any other money at bunq, they wouldn't need to pay a safe-keeping fee at that point. But if for example person A also has 20k on another private sub-account, then they would need to pay 40 cents every day (10 * 4 cents), because their total would be at 110k.
I haven't seen that explained plainly anywhere on Together or in the Terms of Service documents, though. My suggestion would be that you ask for a clarification directly. You can contact bunq Support in the app by following these steps:
