M The Travel Card is a type of card, it's one of bunq's card products. It is available in every plan that bunq offers. You can see the plan that you're currently enrolled in by going to Profile tab > Settings (top right) > My plan.
Depending on your plan the conditions are different. The PDF above shows you everything. In the plan "Easy Travel", every ATM withdrawal costs 2.99 Euros. But for example I'm paying monthly for an Easy Green plan, and when I use any of my Travel Cards to withdraw money at an ATM, I have different conditions. That's why I was asking for your plan.
By the way: the Easy Travel plan (both Personal and Business) has been discontinued, so if you're not already enrolled in it from before, you cannot switch to it. If you're still using it, then you can keep on using it until your card expires.
