I have a brilliant idea that could make private matters a bit more fun😎
Lets say you were helped by one of the support gurus, and after you say goodbye to your knight in shining rainbow armor, the feedback section pops up!
Thats where "the wall" could come in.
Instead of giving thumbs up or down you can now give rating to one of the gurus!
The people with the best rating will be on top of the wall and every month the wall will refresh so there's always competition.
I think this will help the team with some healthy competition and also uphold the good service that bunq delivers!
