CSV export not seperated in colums

I see you can export statements as CSV (; separated), CSV (, separated), PDF & MT940.
Both CSV do not hold information per column but in 1 line. Can this be fixed?

Daniel CSV is plain text. Could you explain what you mean by "columns"? Depending on the application that you're trying to open a CSV file in, you might need to make sure that the separators are properly interpreted. But there's no such thing as "column-separated CSV".

Daniel Hi Jakob, yes you're right, I meant semicolon-separated & comma-separated). I open both files with Excel. Last quarter it was all neatly organized per column, but now there is no information separated in the columns but it's just 1 line with information.

Daniel You just have to set up Excel correctly to interpret the separation character/delimiter. I can see from the example your provided that Excel thinks that the delimiter is a comma, even though the file you're importing uses a semicolon for that. Look at the CSV files in a plain text editor and you will see that nothing really changed ;)

Try to use the Text Import Wizard in Excel if you're having issues. See here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/text-import-wizard-c5b02af6-fda1-4440-899f-f78bafe41857#ID0EBBJ=Newer_versions Or alternatively use Power Query to import the CSV file.

Awesome, perfect thanks, that saves me a whole lot of time :) now how can I get to these replies through my app instead of on my laptop? It gives a red dot of notification but I cant seem to find how I get here through the app?

Either you tap on the push notification, which should launch you directly to the right forum thread. Or you can always find the threads that you have started by going to Community > More > Learn from the community > Community help and then tap on your profile picture on the top left to open your Together profile. Then choose the Posts tab.
