Sometimes the payment fails because the card isn’t active, while you can see that the card is active in the app.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
- You made a payment with your card and it failed.
- In the app you received a notification saying: Card transaction was denied, because the card is not activated in the card settings.
- You follow these steps to check the status of your card: Go to the Home tab > Press on cards > Select the card that you used > You can see that your card is active because it’s colorful 🏳️🌈 When the card is deactivated it turns gray in the app 🔲

❓I have this bug, what should I do now?
You can use other cards in the meantime or order a virtual card to use with Google/Apple Pay in contactless terminals. Since there’s no workaround available, there’s no need to contact us. Please keep an eye on this topic and we'll let you know when it's fixed!
