Thanks to the valuable feedback we’ve received from all of you switching to bunq, we looked into how we can improve your experience with the Dutch Switch Service.
We noticed that some of you weren’t able to close their old accounts when switching banks or ran into other inconveniences. We believe that that switching banks should be a smooth ride!
That’s why we reached out to the other banks. As a result ABN Amro has already corrected its ways. They now no longer require you to stay on when switching banks.
