We noticed that some payments appear duplicated in the app but they were not charged twice. We’ll help you check if this is your case or if the payment was really processed twice.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
In the payments overview in the app, you see the payment twice but in the bank statement, it shows the only once. This happens because the money was only debited once but the visual bug makes it look duplicated in the app.
You can check this by exporting a bank statement from the app using the below steps:
- Go to the Home screen
- Select the sub-account you want the statement for
- Tap on More
- Select Export Statement
- Enter the time period you want the statement for and select your preferred format (PDF, CSV or MT940)
- Tap on Export Statement

On the statement, you'll only see the payments that were fully processed and the refunds.
