That's unrelated. The Israeli passport is fully supported at IDnow and your nationality/citizenship doesn't matter when it comes to using bunq, only your country of residence.
Also i think when i register i selected kind of trial period or something, although now im on the 9.99 euro per month plan that allow the iban thing.
Please check your plan at Profile tab > Settings > My plan. If your country of residence is Germany, then you can use a German IBAN with all bunq plans: Easy Bank (2,99 Euro/month), Easy Money (8,99 Euro/month) and Easy Green (17,99 Euro/month). There is currently no personal plan that is priced at 9,99 Euro/month.
Please note that the Local IBAN feature (being able to open sub-accounts with IBANs of countries other than your country of residence) is something different than the general availability of German IBANs (which means that people who reside in Germany automatically get German IBANs). The former is only available with Easy Money and up while the latter feature is included in all bunq plans.

That is unrelated. But what is important to see your IBAN is that your account has been fully verified. If you select your account on the Home tab, are you able to see your IBAN on the top?
Tl;dr: If you live in Germany, you get German IBANs automatically at bunq. You don't need to worry about plans, nationality or anything.
