Hello,
I have a question about my payment to europcar kleve.
This payment what i did i do this allready 8 months but this is the first time that i did it tru my bunq account.
Normaly this payment is a reservation and is in 7days back on my account, this isnt with my bunq account. Also is not standing in the payment discription that this is a reservation.

Normally, deposits made to car rental agencies may take longer than usual to return to your account. I would recommend you first contacting the agency to check if everything's okay with your deposit.

Dauert bei bunq gerne mal 30 Tage, bis du es zurückerstattet bekommst.

Bis zu 30 Tagen sind, je nach Fall, durchaus mal „normal“

Waarom houd bunq het zolang vast, ing, knab, revolute zijn stuk voor stuk binnen 7dagen teruggestort op mijn account huur bedrag en borg. Europcar heeft het al vrijgegeven vrijdag 14e en dan staat het er normaal snachts al weer op bij mn ing knab of revolute account. Kan toch niet zijn dat ze het nog even 30 dagen bij hun houden, zo kan ik ze ook verdienen en ook nog eens 17.99 vragen voor gebruik rekening bunq.

Christiaan 30 Tage sind der rechtlich erlaubte Rahmen.
Es hängt auch nicht immer von der Bank ab, sondern teilweise gibt es auch Unterschiede von zwischen den Händlern.
Ob das jetzt etwas spezielles bei bunq ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich kenne das von anderen Banken auch so.
