Wissem This is not a feature bunq is offering at the moment and I think because bunq is so mobile oriented, it isn't very likely this will be available any time soon. You do receive notifications on you mobile though.
Why would you want email notifications when you have live push notifications?
I want email
Notification shown only when bunq open
Live push notifications are easily missed. For example if you restart your phone. That would be a reason one might prefer email notifications.
