Wouter Baas Hmm... this is the community forum, so while I cannot access your accounts to be sure, maybe you can check these two possibilities:
- If you have multiple sub-accounts, maybe only your billing account has not enough money. In that case, you could add money to your billing account from another sub-account. Or you could just change your billing account.
- If you have both a business and a private bunq plan, maybe the notification only applies to one of the plans. If for example you opened a business account but don't need a private plan, then don't forget to deactivate the private plan by switching it to a Guest account.
