Easy Investments: Recurring deposit

Hi!

when setting up an investment account, i skipped the recurring deposit option. However, I now would like to do this anyway. I tried looking for it in the settings but was unable to find it. I also tried a regular transfer but was unable to find the account in the list of my own accounts.

Where can I do this?

I’m facing the exact same problem and haven’t found a solution yet either. 🙈

I might have found a workaround: When you open the detail page of the transaction for your initial investment, it is displayed just like any other transaction to one of your own sub-accounts. Now if you tap on the symbol of the Investment Goal as your “recipient”, you get to a detail page where an IBAN is displayed.

I was able to make a normal bank transfer to that IBAN and it now appears in my Investment Goal account, waiting to be invested. I cannot try it for myself but perhaps you can try setting up a recurring payment in that way?

Image censored, of course, but it should show you a proper IBAN which you can actually transfer money to.

Ludwig Wie hast du es geschafft überhaupt das Konto zu eröffnen bzw. musstest du warten? Bei mir hängt es in einer Art Bearbeitung. Es ist zwar sichtbar bei dem Vermögen Tab aber ich kann nichts damit machen.

Markus Wie meinst du das? Die Eröffnung ging relativ problemlos.
Bei mir hängt das Geld nun auch in dem „Investment Goal“ Konto und wartet darauf, investiert zu werden. Das liegt aber daran, dass nur zu Börsengeschäftszeiten investiert und gehandelt wird. Das macht aber theoretisch nix daran, dass man auf das Investment Goal schon fröhlich einzahlen kann.

Ludwig Genau wie ich es geschrieben habe. Ich kann nichts mit meinem Konto machen, da bei der Übersicht „ausstehend“ unter dem Investment Goal Konto steht. Gehe ich in das Konto steht, dass mein Antrag bearbeitet wird oder sowas. War das bei dir nicht der Fall? Ich habe das Konto halt am ersten Tag eröffnet und mich durch die Fehlermeldungen geklickt. Zuerst dachte ich es geht nicht, aber auf einmal war das Konto in genau dem Zustand wie gerade beschrieben in der Übersicht. Seither hat sich auch nichts getan. Ich kann also nichts einzahlen oder sonstiges, das Konto hängt im Zustand: „ausstehend“.

Markus Ich hatte am ersten Tag auch die Fehlermeldungen gesehen und mich daher dafür entschieden, es erst am nächsten Tag zu machen. Da lief dann alles rund und ich konnte das Investmentkonto problemlos und umgehend eröffnen. Es gab keinerlei Wartezeit.

Vielleicht hängt deine Eröffnung im System? Wenn es morgen zu Geschäftszeiten nicht anders wird, klingt das nach einem Fall für den Support… 😕

Markus Nachtrag: Das „ausstehend“ ist normal, solang Geld auf das Investieren wartet.
Aber, dass mein Antrag bearbeitet würde, steht da nicht.

Die Eröffnung von den Easy Investments-Konten kurz nach Release des Updates war in der Tat fehlerbehaftet. Die Kunden müssen sich leider noch etwas gedulden. Wer etwas abgewartet hat, der hat in der Tat jetzt bereits ein funktionierendes Konto. Der Fehler ist bekannt bei bunq.

Ich kann direkt von irgendeinem meiner Konten auf Investment Goal überweisen. Das Konto wird ganz unten in meiner Kontoliste angezeigt.

Markus Ich bin selbst nur Kunde und auch selbst von dem Problem betroffen. Ich würde persönlich erwarten, dass bunq dieses Problem im Verlauf der Woche behebt, aber offizielle Infos habe ich auch keine.

Jakob I still did not even manage to open an investment account. I tried since the evening of the announcement when I was getting error adding my birth city … now I get error when just tapping on the “let’s do it” button. Open one support ticket which was closed asking me to try “later in the evening”… whatever it meant. Open another support ticket and got told it will be fixed… so far not yet possible. Beta version usually means something should be working.

GG Did you already update to version 19.0.1 of the app? For me, I'm still waiting on the fix for my pending account. Maybe they're having to do some manual work. They're definitely still working on it and haven't finished fixing everything.
