We’re excited to announce that we’re now offering Easy Investments accounts to help you put your money to work on sustainable goals. Due to the enormous success of our new Easy Investments Beta, it may take longer than usual for your money to become visible in your Easy Investments account.
🔎 How can I check if I'm affected?
When following these steps:
- Go to the Home tab > click on the Wealth tile
- Press on "Add Accounts" under Easy Investments
- When trying to go with the flow you receive an error message: "Something went wrong on bunq's side! Our staff has been notified and will resolve this issue.”
- Your account value and pending deposits are €0 or less than €50.
5 The account is pending and remains like that after 5 days

Workaround available: We have a temporary solution to offer while we’re working to fix the issue.
❓I have this bug, what should I do now?
We noticed that most account remains pending because the minimum deposit of €50 was not reached. Our partner Birdee requires a deposit of at least €50 to start reviewing your account, so you need to make a deposit to reach that amount. Then they will review and approve your account, and soon after your deposit will be invested!
❗️With the release of bunq Update 19, Easy Investments is launched in BETA version. This version is accessible to all Easy Money and Easy Green bunqers and it’s safe. What does BETA mean? The feature will have more cool stuff added to it later on and we’ll make sure to keep you updated once it’s fully launched 🚀
✨Pro tip: always keep your app updated! All bugs are fixed through updates so this is the easiest way to always get the best version of the bunq app!
