John Do Many thanks John :)! (As always I might add!)
With communication we always have to deal with a balancing act; between super detailed on one hand (we have some real experts using bunq! If you read the other thread you can see the advanced tools they use to figure out how we do some stuff), and "normal" users who like bunq for the ease of use, our integrity/vision, and so many other things on the other.
If I look today for instance: I see some of the active more tech-savvy users that are super active on together react here. However: other people who are less tech-savvy do seem to be sufficiently informed: statistics of private matters support this. Over time we have come to learn that we just confuse a lot of people if we put in too much detail.
At the same time I have spotted that support handed out some incorrect information on rotating CVC's and recurring payments. That's definitely something that should be improved next time (and you can be certain that we will!)
I believe we are on a road with cards that will allow more people to enjoy the features in a more understandable way :). Continuing to add, shape and sometimes remove features will always be a part of bunq. It's precisely our desire to improve to serve to the desires of the many that will differentiate us in the long run.
And I can promise you we have a lot more exciting new things coming up ;).
