📲 When this bug happens:
For your convenience, some merchants can process a refund instantly by simply inserting your card in the payment terminal. Some of our users experienced an issue with this type of refund.
🔎 How can I check if this was my case?
Using the same card that was used for the original payment, you would insert it in the terminal to receive a refund but it would fail. The merchant would not be able to process your refund using this method.
