📲 When this bug happens:
When the merchant refunds a payment, it’s processed right away - but some users are receiving a notification saying the refund was not processed because of 3D-Secure.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
You make a payment with your bunq card
You add the merchant to the Auto-Accept list
You request a refund from the same merchant
The merchant processes the refund
You receive a notification in the app that looks like the refund was received but when you tap on it, there is an error message saying:
“Your payment was declined due to 3DS Secure Authentication failure. You can still make this payment by adding the merchant to your Auto-Accept list and tying again!”
