📲 When this bug happens:
Easy Investments accounts help you put your money to work on sustainable goals. You have the freedom to withdraw the funds at any time, but in some cases it says this has been refused.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
- Open an Easy Investment account
- Make a deposit
- Request a total withdrawal
- Make another withdrawal request
- An error message says: “Something went wrong on bunq’s side” and the withdrawal is not processed
⚠️ When you make a withdrawal, you're selling part of your investments. To complete this and get your money from the market, it may take up to 6 or 7 business days of processing time.
This issue is caused because the app shows the same balance on the account after you’ve already withdrawn it once. This is the bug. The money is not actually in the account anymore and Birdee is still processing your initial total withdrawal.

The best thing to do is to wait for the first withdrawal request to be processed 💸
