John Do The same applies to N26, where you can take 1000EUR off. 🤔
In addition, the denial message is misleading. I had a daily card limit of 1000EUR and enough funds in the account.
I tried to get 1000EUR from an ATM, get the message "Card transaction was denied, because it would exceed the card limit." which is obviously wrong. It only would exceed the (for the user) invisible ATM limit of 500EUR...
@bunq: If you want the new limits simple, make it simple and write something like:
"Card transaction was denied, because it would exceed the ATM limit of 500€."
And if you click on "Change Debit Card Limit" you see that the limit isn't the problem...
I am a longer bunq user, so I had an idea why the transaction was denied.
