missing amount - easy investments

I started with easy investments last month and it shows that the value is down over 50% (loss). There is no explanation in the app to check how it happened. Support is not responding since Friday (reported it 4 days back). This is really a frustrating situation.

I have the same problems wit Easy Investment. It looks like nothing happens after the first of April. My last deposit never arrived and the graph shows a flat line. It is not about loss or profit, my visible assets are about the same. But there is for sure something wrong.

The balance display is delayed. While the value of stock investments can indeed fluctuate as Bernd pointed out, that's not the issue here.
