Adding DigiCard does not work

Hello,
I have a problem regarding the addition of a DigiCard in my bunq app.
Until shortly I only had a DigiCard added to my bunq. Yesterday I accidentally ordered a Maestro card but after I realised it, I immediately cancelled the order again without problems. But now I see that also my DigiCard has been deleted/is not visible anymore. In bunq together I read in the post "What are DigiCards and how do I create one?" that I could add a DigiCard easily again via Home and Add Cards. However, in my case I then can not select the DigiCard afterwards (only Maestro, Master, Metal card).
I would be very happy if someone can help me figure out what the problem is here and how to solve it.

Marie-Theres This seems like it's an issue that would be hard to diagnose here on the community forum. For me, when trying to order a new card, I can see the DigiCard option. I would advise making sure that your app is on the newest version by going to the App Store or Play store on your device, and if that doesn't solve the problem, contact Private Support. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:

Go to Profile
Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
