Resetting your Security Code
If you've forgotten your Security Code, you can always reset it by following the “Forgot security code?” flow on your Login tab. Further information and easy steps can be found here.
Adding existing Personal or Business account
- Tap on your Profile in the top left corner
- Long-press on the Profile button
- Select More options
- Click on +
- Follow the flow and add the account right away!
Logging in from a new device
- Open the bunq app 🌈
- Tap on Already a member? Login!
- Enter the phone number or email address linked to your bunq account
- Enter your Security code
- Follow the re-identification instructions on your screen!
Changing contact details after logging back in
- Tap on your Profile in the top left corner
- Tap on Personal Information
- Change your email or phone number
- Select Done!
