Hi, mijn betaalverzoek is zojuist betaald door een ABN Rekening, ik kreeg hiervan ook netjes de melding, helaas staat het bedrag nog niet op mijn rekening.. hoe kan dit?

Hi! If the payment was made I am sure it will arrive on your account shortly, but you can also start a payment investigation by following this easy process: Go to Home > Select the sub-account where the payment should arrive > Click on “Can’t find a payment? Find when it’ll arrive” > Select “Incoming Payment” > Select the type of payment you’re expecting > Enter the information requested through the flow > Submit your investigation 👀
