Clen Curaçao is not part of the EU or of the SEPA, so you cannot send a SEPA payment there like to other countries. But if the Curaçaoan bank account accepts USD, you should be able to send a SWIFT payment from a USD local currency account. Of course there is also Wise integrated into the bunq app, but I couldn't find any information in their help centre as to if USD/EUR payments to Curaçao are supported or not. Might be worth it to ask them about it :)
